Part-Time Job

Students may apply for permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under the status of residence previously granted, and work part-time for up to 28 hours per week as long as it does not interfere with their studies.
However, during long vacations, 8 hours or less per day and 40 hours or less per week work will be permitted.
By working part-time, many students have more opportunities to use Japanese and improve their conversation skills.
The school provides information on part-time jobs regularly

Heath Management

Students will be enrolled in the National Health Insurance Program so that they can live in Japan with peace of mind in case of illness or injury.
In addition, international students residing in Toyama City and Takaoka City who have enrolled in the National Health Insurance program are eligible to receive a subsidy for enrolling in the Toyama Prefectural National Health Insurance program.

Careers

Many students who graduate from Japanese language courses go on to universities and vocational schools. This is to further improve their Japanese language skills and to acquire business skills and specialized techniques in order to find employment. The teachers will support students’ career development individually and provide detailed information. We also offer courses for international students, and many of them have gone on to higher education.
Continuing to study in the same living environment reduces the burden on students and allows them to focus on their studies and job hunting activities. For more details, please refer to the description of the International Business Department.
