QWhen do I need to arrange my air tickets? AAfter your visa has been issued by the Japanese Embassy, please arrange your ticket. We recommend that you take an arrival flight to Tokyo (Narita) or Chubu International Airport (Nagoya). Our staff will meet you at the airport. Please email your E-ticket to us at least one week prior to your arrival so that we can coordinate your schedule.
QHow do I pay for school? ABefore enrolling, please pay the admission fee and tuition and fees for the first semester. The remaining half-year tuition and fees must be paid before the end of the first semester.

Life in Japan

QPlease tell me about the apartments that the school arranges. AWe can arrange relatively inexpensive apartments; the cost for two people sharing one room is about 25,000 yen per month.
Students commute to school by train, bus, or bicycle, depending on the location of the apartment.
QHow much cash do I need to bring? AEven if you do get a part-time job, you will not receive your salary until later, so it is a good idea to bring 100,000 yen for immediate living expenses. The school will help you open a bank account.
QHow much money do you need for living expenses each month? AExcluding the house rent, you should expect to pay about 40,000 yen for food, utilities, and transportation.
QCan you introduce me to a part-time job? AThe school provides information on part-time jobs. Students with a “Student” visa may work part-time for up to 28 hours per week (up to 8 hours per day during long vacations) as long as it does not interfere with their studies.
